Nothing is rendered in native resolution on a Mac. The whole OS is scaled with the recommended scaling set to the physical equivalent of 2560x1440 on this display.

And your 42" LG 4K OLED has the same PPI as .... a 15.6 inch laptop with a 1368x768 screen resolution of 104.5 PPI. So sure.. I prefer 219 PPI over 104.5 PPI.
