Yes. It should work ok, just give it time to build pressure and shut off it doesn't have enough to run impact wrench.

It's not quiet - about as loud as a typical standard air compressor, but you probably won't need ear protection unless you are bending your head down to about 2 or 3 feet from the compressor itself.
