For me after 5-6 months of shots it didn’t help at all so i just stop and rather take these pills to control my allergy symptoms.

Nasonex is my go to for nasal spray. They just recently moved it from Rx to OTC last year and it was such a godsend for allergy season. Amazon has it on sale now!
