Agreed the bottle design is by far the worst I have seen in any eyedrops. The flat head makes it so much more difficult to aim.

Have been using the PF version of these for quite sometime due to an eye condition. Highly recommend using the preservative free version if using regularly. Costs more but doesn’t have preservatives.
