If you bought this, check the store again. I bought one and just came across it at my lowes for $35 on clearance. They price matched themselves and gave me a refund.

I agree. It takes a little more work, but I made a couple with fences on both sides and windows to line up the thin kerf with the cut line. Super easy to use and prevents tear out on both sides of...

If you need a straight edge for a circular saw, best solution is the DIY one. 3/4" plywood base with a thin 1" strip screwed on top. Run saw along the top strip cutting the base. The edge of the base...

This echoes my experience. I used it to cut plywood building siding and flooring for a shop and skate ramps for my kid. I couldn't afford a tracksaw, so this worked "ok to good" in its place as a...

I think i'll bite on this. I have a makita track saw but it really struggles to get through 2" thick wood. My makita circ saw does fine but obviously no track.

I used my 50" version as a guide for trimming up the bottoms of 8 bypass sliding closet doors. Worked great.

Sorry, should have been more specific: I was recommending the track saw rails alone, one side of them is square and can be used as a guide if clamped down. The Powertec ones are about $130 now. Wen...

I have this and it’s much better than a drywall square. You can do the same job with a 2x4 and clamps but this is a much easier way to go. I’d like a track saw but for occasionally ripping sheets of...

^^^ Track saw is a big investment, not sure how you can recommend that over this.

I bought one of these, and regret it. It's frustrating to get aligned and the clamp is aggravating to use. Even bought the right angle guide. Too flexible to easily get square. Mine is going to be...

Calling this a clamp is a bit misleading. It's really a straight edge or saw guide. You wouldn't get much squeeze pressure using it as a clamp.

Free in store pickup or ship to home. I have the KREG 48" version of this and think I want to upgrade to this one. This also looks nicer having the measuring scale along the clamp. if you...
