I live in Buffalo - Niagara falls area and I returned one to walmart because of its inefficiency to clean heavy 2-3 feet snow. Not suitable for heavy snow area for sure.

don’t buy this junk if you live in Michigan, this make for light snow area, this junk machine will chokes even at 4”, and totally useless on lightly wet snow. pure junk, don’t buy.
