Adding to my initial review.... It does fine on branches, pallet wood, and nails. It REALLY struggles to cut cherry wood, even stuff that has already been split and seasoned, into small chunks.

Been using mine a few weeks now. I really enjoy it. I've used it to prune trees and cut the branches up for firewood. The jaws keep it stable on branches. Helps to cut them smaller for the fire pit....
