yes.. but that's the thing. if folks on grandfathered plans wanted the benefits of the newer plans, they would "voluntarily" switch to those plans. so, my guess is most stay on the older plans...

They are on the hook for settlement on the first data breach, and now will be looking at lawsuits for the second data breach. Can’t expect TMobile to have their shareholders pay for their malfeasance.
