It was pretty fast (for me within a day) after hitting the spend requirement and getting the monthly statement. So fastest way possible would be find a way to spend $4k or whatever the spend is...

Yes. Oahu is more crowded but you can find really good deals on hotels. Kaui is very chill / nature-like, Maui is kinda combination.
