If the product didn’t physically crumble/snap/break then it is not the mounts fault. It was the installation that was poor

"Ripped right out of the wall board"....that doesn't make any sense. If it was properly installed (screwed deep into the center of each of the two studs), it is simply not possible for it to fall off...

Terrible product and experience. You need 10 years experience in construction to install this. Spent $250 on contractors to get it installed and then eventually it ripped right out of the wallboard...
