That's a good general use 3/8" ratchet. It's the same basic Apex Tool ratchet sold as Gearwrench (without a quick release) and Husky (with quick release). It's a very good tool for the price.

This is the normal price. The last time this was $80 was in February 2021. On the US listing anyway. Judging by the price graph for the past 3 years, it will probably go even cheaper than $42.
