Anyone else still waiting 2 billing cycles like they claim to receive your $600 credit? They would not give me an immediate credit card refund when I called them even though paid in full .

The IMEI did match. Must be a model year issue even though that was not mentioned in the trade-in drop down menu.

Wait, are you saying Assurant rejected your trade-in because the IMEI didn't match? Or it did match but they no longer accept that model/phone?

Hmm, the Spectrum agent unlocked my S23 Ultra and S23 with no issue. I bought the phone last week and paid in full. Tell them you want to unlock because you're going out of the country on vacation.

Not on this end -- just got off phone with rep. and he says it's a 60 day waiting period before unlocking my Pixel 7 Pro. And yes, fully paid off, just got phone yesterday.

You're right. I was able to unlock 2 of my phones yesterday after speaking with a Spectrum agent. I did tell her I was going out of the country though, just to speed things up. Thank you SD User.
