The 25 pack of 5/8 washers is a much better deal than the 100 pack of these little split washers. You got lucky. Those big washers go for $18 per 25 on Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes

For what it is worth split lock washers really do not do anything to prevent the loosening of fasteners. In fact in vibration environments they can actually make it worse
