Maybe at first. They usually don't last more than a year or two before slowly leaking. With a built in pump though you can top it off when needed at night

I did this on a recent camp trip. Have an intex queen with the built-in pump and a jackery explorer 160. Worked perfectly. Took all of 2 percent (jackery went from 100% to 98%) to pump it up.
