A couple cars ago I had a mini (BMW made). OBDC said to change oil every appx. 20k. I changed every 10k using M1. Sold the car at 194k with the original clutch, transmission, engine, etc.

This. I would usually be all over the M1 rebates but just stocked up on 8 jugs of the Costco stuff. Goodbye M1 and rebates, although I will say I never had an issue getting one.

it is a not bad deal if you want something special like 0w16, 0w30, 0w40, but if you just want some common oil like 0w20, 5w20, 5w30. It is just a nothing special regular price.
