Something worth noting is that this only puts out 120V. Without a split phase you won't be running any 240V loads with it. This is an issue if you need to run a well pump in a power outage.

I think that site rates the noise level by generator class. Basically it’s noisy for the output you get, but it may not be noisy in general

The noise level really depends on the distance and where you are. 64 dBA isn't very bad if it's 30 feet. The weight concerns me more than the noise level though.
