For what it's worth, Microcenter price matched the FLSun v400 for $749. For a little more than this Ankermate M5, it's leaps and bounds better and running Klipper. Suggest a pass on the Ankermate

i think the k1 standalone is amazing and would consider one myself. thing is, the bambu's proprietary automatic multi color is something of the next generation printers that the k1 is sadly...

Someone has already mentioned the Bambu. There's also the FLSUN V400, which goes on sale often enough to be in this price bracket. Also the Creality k1 which I'd pick over the Bambu since it runs...

one of the funniest design flaws is the GUI screen is vertical 180* facing and moves with the x gantry...uh what... many people have their machines high on a shelf or low below somewhere to save...

Would you mind listing some that you are referring to? A lot of Top X lists have this one on it. Seems like a slick deal. Especially with the new firmware bumping it to 500mm/sec.

I definitely wouldn't go as far as to call this printer obsolete, but it's probably the last printer I'd pay $650 for with everything that's been hitting or is about to hit the market.
