I have the G15 5515 with R7 5800H and RTX 3060 and it doesn't get unusually hot. Max CPU temp at 100% load is 91C. During my regular office use (multiple browsers with ~100 tabs, 1 or 2 VMs, 1 or 2...

There is no way in which it would conflict as far as I can see. SD cb uses a browser extension to track the purchase and the AmEx offer is applied to your AmEx account. SD would not see how you paid...
