I wear Crocs flips most days. Very comfortable.
You do have to get used to the plastic. Wear them for short periods to break them in. Don't wear them to Disneyland the first day.

It's not like they're going to shrink after a few days at the beach. The people complaining about shrinkage are leaving them outside for days on end in the sun amd heat, but they don't mention that.
