I got Plex pass around 10 years ago. Skip intros are worth it alone. Besides, you’d spend this much on all of your streaming subscriptions in a few months.

For what? Just get Plexpass, an iGPU, run the 64 bit Windows install, and set up your network. If you are doing it right the rest is automated. Is it that hard?
