It does have zero for mine but the water tank has moisture left in it and there is hair in the dust bin. So I guess cleaning history doesn’t stay with the robot.

Download the Roborock app, sync the vacuum with the app, then go to cleaning history. From my understanding cleaning history stays with the robot regardless of the account.

No idea about the mops. I was only saying that the S7 also has a mop, whereas the Q5 doesn't. I don't want a mop, so any of the S7 line is a no go for me.
