Best = Steel cut oats. Lowest blood sugar / slowest blood sugar impact. Plan ahead and these are actually healthy. Fastest = Quick oats. Good for kids in the morning when you need to make it fast....

Quaker has a low sugar variety, but even that has a substantial amount of sugar. Wish they had a Stevia or other type variety. Guess the only other option is plain oatmeal and add your own...

I have actually started having to supplement salt into my diet because I was eating too clean. If you start getting headaches, try adding salt to your water! Was a great fix for me.

This is basically candy... little nutritional value. Purchase the organic oatmeal sold at Costco and mix in your healthy flavorings (fruits, nuts, honey or maple syrup, and such).
