Receuved smoker, assembled and now realize the auger will not work consistently. Seems very weak. I’m using the Pit Boss competition pellets. Now to see what the warranty is like. Frustrating.

Amount of smoke? Yes... never disagreed with that. The effect of the smoke? Barely anything compared to a real smoker (offset, stick, etc.). You'd know that if you had used both.

Have you tried calling pit boss customer service? They're usually really good about helping out with any issues your pellet grill might have and may send you replacement parts free of charge.
