Just thought I'd report that I filled out the rebate as soon as I purchased the products. Then I waited quite a while for the rebate only to find out that they sent me an email (that went to spam)...

For reference, My purchase was made on Jun 28. I received my $15 Amazon promo credit last week and $15 Debit card this week. I used my debit card to load up my Steam account with no issues.
