115 has a lighter action. Upgrade, not really. You'd have to have a specific use case that the fp30x does better.

For beginners learning piano, they all work just as well. The s100 has a much lighter action, easier to play faster on, some people prefer lighter as opposed to the stiffer action on the fp30x.
