Good point, and regular PB has 3g instead of 5g of sugar (1g baseline). This is common with added flavoring like protein powders (though they may have sugar substitutes that's getting bad press ATM).

I usually limit myself to using 8 grams of pbfit at a time and then mix it with 8 grams of flavored protein powder. It makes more than enough to spread on toast and waffles
