Maybe try superglue if you are very careful. When install rivnuts in my truck, I use some epoxy to help seal them in and hopefully prevent them from ever spinning

Harbor Freight sells a Doyle rivnut tool, but doesnt actually sell the rivet nuts themselves. Tool works great but didnt come with very many rivet nuts in the kit, so Im in for a few.
