broth isnt bad. i agree. nothing like in the restaurant but its not bad for an instant bowl.
agree on the noodles. they are dried northern style pho where their food and seasoning suck anyway.

I now buy the pho broth paste and the noodles separately. It's fantastic. I copied how a lot of restaurants do it, by using the paste and cooking a lot of noodles and freezing them in portions.
