I didn’t open my drive until last month. Was saving did a build. I got farked with an 8Tb drive from AmazonServices LLC. A subsidiary. They said it was over 30 days so I was SOL. This is fraud.

Amazon processed my return & refund today of the 8TB drives labeled as 18TB (UPS delivered the return to Amzon about 1.5 months ago). Regarding noise, the 18TB seemed about the same as the 14TB....
