I'm currently wearing g it and it's more thick than a lot of tshirts I own. The stitching is solid, and it's not that canvasy feel, like Gildan. I wouldn't say super soft like say an expensive...

these are thick and prefer that, even in texas heat. Tired of tshirts so thin and cheaply made. The XL is bigger than normal XL shirts i buy. So hopefully there is a little shrinking after wash. ...

These are not very good shirts, got mine today and the material is a lot like the cheap Giland (sp?) shirts. Lookup Bella Canvas Tri blend and give those a try, very soft and comfortable.

Gilden are very cheap and uncomfortable. They’re the lowest quality out there. I cannot wear them usually due to sizing, cut, and they are generally scratchy.

The Hanes/FotL wally ones are super thin, usually best for undershirts. I would never just wear those outside. These are more medium thickness comparable to Gildan quality.

Have two from previous amazon essential sale. Quite thin and shrink a lot after wash. Gildan heavy/ultra has much better quality and cheaper($3 each if you buy 10 packs).
