It levels out at ~100W, that is true... but to get max performance you want the non-boosted wattage to be 100W. Else it will be throttled whenever there is a significant CPU load, which happens often...

128 bit bus and 8gb VRAM isn’t the greatest. But I suppose for 1080p it’s fine. The 4080 laptop with 192/12gb is worlds better. Obviously more expensive though.
