Warning: do not use these. Had one leak in the hot weather and it ate through the plastic finish on our console and left huge marks. Chemicals are very caustic. Known issue. Google it.

Even after the liquid is gone I still can smell the scent for probably a month after when I get in the car. Maybe not overpowering but I don’t want it to be.

I know it's rare but sometimes these can leak and the caustic liquid will melt your dashboard. Safer to just get a traditional one.

Probably not this exact brand, but in Texas heat, I've had these types of vent clip freshener pods melt at the back plastic bag part and leave a melted plastic spot on the car trim..
