When they say 300 nits many will actually be around 250. You want the extra spec brightness to make sure it's actually bright enough.

I have the 2023 legion slim 7i (i7 + 4060 version), very happy with it. I would not recommend this version though, even considering how much cheaper it is to mine. A big selling point of Slim 7...
