Got mine and 100% not new. Not even the right controller. It was the series 1 in the box with the series 2 equipment which doesn’t even fit.

Got it in the mail, it was used with crust on the thumb sticks and box had tape all over it. Needs less to say I will NEVER buy anything from this company! False advertising!

I also saw only 1 in stock last night and today they had more. I guess I may be swapping one bad one for another, but I did get their warranty (maybe another scam?), so we'll see.
