The one I received yesterday also has the couplers or brackets to connect the lower posts with the upper posts. Not sure if these other folks received a bad batch.

I grabbed a couple of these and 2 of the panels came cracked. MDF is about half an inch thick and had no protection in the box. Sending both back.

The 2 units that I purchased and installed over the weekend did include the Couplers. The Instructions also call out the addition of the E-Coupler. Looks like it is a misprint on the product page.
