I thought it was about cop/robbers, but the movie really is about isolation and how we disconnect from others. And yes, it’s definitely not for everybody.

Isn’t good cinema? I know it isn’t for everybody, but it certainly is good cinema. What it’s not is a popcorn action all the time movie. But it’s the best heist flick ever. High cinema.

All the high ratings for this movie are for nostalgic reasons. If you re-watch it with emotions aside, you'll discover it isn't good cinema.

I sat through it and have no idea what it's all about. Majority of the movie is real slow and boring, until the final scene at the end with M16s, which is the best part.

I just watched it on my Panasonic 820 and yes it's darker than the blue ray. It might be because of the HDR color grading but let me tell you it still looks fantastic and yes it has the same 5.1...

I’m not telling anyone what they should do. Based on watching both on a calibrated Oled in a dedicated room using a Panny 820. The 4K transfer is not very good and the audio was not upgraded at all.

I picked it up for the $4 deal. Don’t expect a good transfer like other 90s movies (T2 , Jurassic Park, Braveheart and Gladiator all look outstanding ) . It’s not much better than Blu Ray or high...
