This model doesn’t have a built in hour meters so there is no way to check how long it’s been run. You could do a compression check or at least check the plug for fouling to makes sure it running but...

Got mine today, outside box was perfect. Unit is absolutely trashed. Ripped apart on all sides and filled with chunks of dirt. Waste of money.

I bought a larger unit but still a refurb a little over a month ago. Used it for 3 days straight at a racetrack and it was rock solid. Time will tell how it holds up but so far I’m satisfied.

Firman calls for changing the oil every 100 hours. 25 hours seems incredibly unnecessary. I would essentially be changing the oil after every camping trip, rather than 2-3 times a year.
