I think it's misleading to describe DRAM as an additional flash chip that stores the mapping table (FTL). DRAM is is volatile (requires power to maintain its contents), flash (NAND) is non-volatile....

If I understand this correctly, it's a TLC for the main storage and SLC for the cache mapping table.
