Can you let us know if the P41 is hotter? Just bought the P31 on sale that I waited over a month for. P31 seems like a good deal until the P41 comes down to $30 later.

Depends on your use case. I have both drives. If you use for basic storage, get the 670p. If you want one of the top 5 fastest drives out there, the P41 is it.

This one will have some small benefits to performance that you likely won't notice unless you transfer files often or do something that really stresses it. I would suggest P31 in most cases, but...

It's not the drive it was a Windows 11 update that messed with high speed ssds you'll have to do a fresh Windows 11 install to fix what the update broke

Buying Sk Hynix scares me. Reviews say their warranty is worthless. No actual warranty support system. They expect the seller to honor the warranty not them and if the sellers refuse you are screwed.

I think there is still demand for the P31 as it has low idle power draw, I was considering it to replace a dead NVME in a 2020 laptop which only has PCIe3 anyway.
