These don't work for carplay with my iPhone 15 and my Subaru. Other cables work fine but these don't for what ever reason

thanks for the reply. i ordered the cables and tested it with my 15 pro max and a 5V/2.4A anker charger. this, along with every other USB-A to USB-C cable i've tested only charges the 15PM at 7.5W....

I guess some are missing the extra 3.0 wires. But it gets worse as 3.2 gen 10gbps depends on cable quality too.

I thought so too, but had to buy a new cable after trying unsuccessfully to use two different usb a to c adapters with CarPlay.

Not as true as it seems...tons of legacy nonsense...rechargeable mice and keyboards, hearing aids, and even my Wacom tablet all use micro-usb. And theyre all current generation items!!! :eek:
