The 20% trade promo wasn't applying immediately, so I called and was told they will apply the 20% once the trade-in is verified...but I have to call in to initiate the refund.

Amazon charges $25 for this same warranty Unless someone has to read since their Kindle broke or needs a gift, it would be dumb to buy a month from Black Friday Also this is $95 with the AD...

I went through the process and on the last page it said 20% would be applied immediately. I didn't go through with it, but it doesn't seem to be a problem. For me, anyway.

Can anyone get the 20% trade in working? Seems like they want to receive the item to get the 20% off and previously they just gave the 20% off immediately and were ok waiting on the trade in.
