Nest Secure and drop cam lose support in April. The thermostat is not losing support. If they drop the Nest app they will move the functionality into Google Home. None of that implies these sensors...

No that means they are very current- these days once a company gets a decent following, they will then lock up devices so you can’t use it in another ecosystem.

I'm in the same boat. They hover around $35 most of the time on Amazon, but I'm waiting to snag one for $30 or less. Fingers crossed for a deal as we get further into the holiday season.

Nest app will no longer work after Apr 8th of 2024 so these will be useless. Somebody correct me if i'm wrong.
