This only has (5) 8 pin PCIe outlets if your motherboard CPU Powers takes (2) 8 pins to power it and you have 4090 that requires (4) 8 pins to adapter you can't power it. Unless buy aftermarket cable.

Depends on your PSU, I have a super flower se 1200, It didn't come with a PCIe 5 cable because it's an older PSU but it's 100% compliant and they actually sell the PCIe 5 cable separately.
