I completely agree, that alone is enough for a pass. It should have multiple USB-C ports that support at least PPS if not full USB-PD.

My guess is something is wrong with the USB-C port of the power strip. Any other charger in the house can charge it from 0%. I suppose I should submit a warranty claim with APC.

I have had an APC brand model that is the same design. I used it with a simple desk for about a year. I have not been able to use it for anything since, because its not usable for much else.

The USB-C port is so underpowered that it cannot revive my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 if I let the battery drain to 0%. I have to use another charger to get it to 1-2%, then it will slowly charge it back...
