What isn't being mentioned in comparisons is that these are wireless. For my needs that was a necessity. For a fair bit less money, I ended up getting the Paradigm PW600s. Very happy with them...

These are powered speakers but not smart speakers. You could attach an older echo to them if you wanted that.

I got McLaren Nines from last deal. Yes, they are huge and that color design is a bit hedious, but the sound is good. Of course not as good as my towers, but for office use it's passable.
