You're lucky your store lets you return it. Mine doesn't put a seal on them (like they're supposed to), and then they say you can't return it because it's no longer "new" as when you bought it.

I think this came out just before Elden Ring, I remember Bandai Namco pushed this hard but did next no marketing for Elden Ring. In retrospect, I guess this needed the marketing, Elden Ring didn't.

Back in the day Gamestop opened all games and in many cases would remove the additional codes that would be free with the game. I refused to do business with them for many years and still rarely buy....

You have to have the physical disc in the PS5 in order to play. Otherwise you could install and just pass the disc around.
