Also they have a top pocket that is soft with a passthrough for a charger. This is clearly for your phone. Then they made the opening so small your phone won't fit in it.

I have the nomatic travel pack (20L, expands to 30L) which is almost identical to the 20L backpack here minus the extra 5L of space. I use it to travel for work and it's worth its weight in gold....
