I'm not sure if the "Joule" is a separate SKU from the normal breville toaster oven/air fryer, but that one is the highest recommended toaster oven & air fryer according to America's Test Kitchen

I have this model and I never had to shake any food. im loving the higher capacity in general vs basket type and mesh basket is SS. So, no teflon coating to worry about.
