Flyknits are definitely not a suitable running shoe despite them being listed as such on the Nike Website. You're better off the a pegasus or zoom fly.

It was mentioned above, but for the Flyknit Racer, go down at least a half size from your regular Nike size. I wear a Nike 13 and was swimming in the 13, so I picked up a 12.5 in a different colorway...
