It will transfer your saved data but it will still be a PS4 version of saved file. If you want the PS5 version you will have to start all over

You won't regret it. It's a fun DLC. It also motivated me to finish off all the stuff I didn't finish with the original game.

I own the physical disc of the launch edition and am playing through it now. I do want to play this DLC but it feels weird owning a physical copy and buying just the DLC only. Anyone else like that?...

I got it for $10 a month ago so if you are willing to be patient I'm sure it will go on sale again. However, at this price I'd bite the bullet. Think of the extra $3 as a tip for the great game...

I thought it was excellent and at this price it's well worth it. It unlocks leveling and adds a great new weapon which in itself was enough for me. I managed to finally complete all the skill trees...

If you have a PS5 system and the Horizon FW physical disk, you can upgrade to the PS5 version for free, and then buy the DLC. But the DLC is PS5-only, so you can’t buy/play it on a PS4 system.

I liked it and definitely worth it if you enjoy the main game. New skills are unlocked in the skill tree and it has the best boss fight of the series. Oh and Sam Witwer plays a ‘mustache-twirling’...
